All the disputes arising between Factory Heroes Ltd and a customer will be settled according to the laws of Hong Kong, SAR of China.
Trademarks and copyright
Product design, photos, texts and product names appearing at the website belong to Factory Heroes Ltd and are being protected by copyright and trademark laws. None of these materials can be used by another company or individual without prior written consent from Factory Heroes Ltd.
If intellectual property objects of other companies or individuals is used at the website, it will be followed by an explicit statement explaining the ownership of these objects.
All the information you provide us (name, address, email, phone number etc.) is treated as strictly confidential. We never pass it to 3rd party.
We may use some of the 3rd party beacons (like Google Analytics or other similar tools) to analyze customers behaviour at the website, no personal information will be collected by these tools.
Purchase, delivery and return
Currently the website is operating in a test mode, some limitations may apply to the website e-commerce features. Finishing of a test mode may result in significant changes to website Terms and Conditions.
A customer can place an order online at the website. To place an order you need take the following steps:
1. Add a product (or several products) to the shopping cart by pressing “Add to cart” button.
2. Check (or modify if needed) your shopping cart content and proceed to the next step by pressing “Check out” button.
3. Fill in all the required fields in checkout form. Please double check your order, address and contact information and press “Finish order” button.
4. After placing the order you will receive a confirmation letter to your email address.
After you place the order, we will contact you and offer several options for payment (Paypal, bank transfer etc.). After receiving your payment we will start processing your order.
Delivery cost is not included into product price displayed at the website.
After the order is placed we will offer you available options for delivery. In most of the cases we will offer you delivery on DAP (delivery at place) basis and will provide you number for tracking your parcel.
If your purchase is a subject to import, VAT or other taxes in your county, you will need to pay it by yourself. We can provide you purchase confirmation documents to help you in customs clearance process.
Please make sure you provide us correct address and contact information. After we release your parcel all the address and contact information changes will be the subject to relationship between you and courier company, we will not take any responsibility after we attempt to deliver your parcel to the address which you provided when placing the order.
You can organise your order pick-up by yourself. In this case please contact our employees for details.
You may return any of the purchased items within 14 days after receiving them. In case of return you will need to pay the shipping cost for the return delivery.
A full refund will be made on returned items (excluding payment systems fees and commissions) if returned products do not have any visual or functional defects. If products were damaged during usage or return delivery, we have the right to reduce the refund amount or reject the refund.
When organising return delivery please provide us the delivery tracking number and other materials which can prove the fact of shipping products back to us.
All the products purchased at the website are subject to 1 year warranty. If warranty case arises please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Warranty cannot be applied to the cases of inappropriate product use, careless transportation or any other situations caused by customer’s fault.
Our responsibility to a customer is strictly limited by the amount of his order placed. We will take no additional responsibility for any losses you may face when ordering and receiving products from the website, including but not limited to: direct financial loss, reputational loss or loss of probable revenues.
